Problem: Level 22: It makes me fail when I have all required balloons popped.

Are you sure? I tried it during development and just tried it 3 times again and it worked.

I got this too. Game halted and got the 'too bad' message. 1 shot remaining the last balloon about halfway up the screen side.

It did it to me like... 4 times. I hit all the balloons except the far-left red one, one arrow left, even all the balloon-numbers below said 0, and it automatically said "Level Failed" once I hit the 2nd-to-last balloon.

Same for me to, hit all ballons, except far left green one, and it says I fail
